Abstract
A series of reports on equal housing opportunity from the Education/Instruccion, an organization led by Ben Dixon, Boyd Hinds, and Julia Ramos. Report 7 includes sections on public and private planning for land use and housing, including the Greater Hartford Process, Inc., and the Greater Hartford Development Corporation.
